Brad Brady VP of Finance

Brad provides financial leadership and oversight to Propex. With more than 30 years of experience including treasury, financial services and accounting, he successfully manages global operating forecasts and capital investments. Brad holds a B.B.A. Accounting from University of West GA.

Scott Manning, P.E. VP of Sales and Engineering

Scott brings a dynamic background in engineering, research & development and management combined with more than 20 years of industry experience to Propex. He leads the erosion control and product developments teams in providing exceptions support for distributors and customers. Scott is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in TN, TX, FL, GA, KY and LA and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science from the University of TN.

Lee Pierce VP Engineered Systems and Market Development

Lee has spent 20 years in various leadership and market development roles at Propex, but his career spans more than 40 years of experience in engineered system specification development. Notably, Lee spearheaded the application development of Propex’s Engineered Earth Anchor System (EEAS) for levee armoring with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Currently, Lee manages engineered systems and market development at Propex and is an active member of the Louisiana Levee Board Association.

Noah Nichols VP Supply Chain

Noah is an industry leader in the geosynthetics market with more than 20 years of operations experience in polymer manufacturing. Currently he oversees Propex’s global supply chain function. Noah has a B.S. of Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is an active member of the Geosynthetics Materials Association along with participating as a board member for INDA (Association of the Nonwovens Fabrics Industry).

Ron Sutton VP Export Geosynthetics and Erosion

Ron has spent 35+ years in polypropylene based global manufacturing initiatives. He is an accomplished sales leader, successfully introducing Propex to multiple new market sectors. Currently Ron drives international business and exports for Propex.

William “Billy” Thompson Plant Manager

Billy has more than 38 years of manufacturing experience, with extensive focus on wide range extrusion, beaming and weaving operations. Currently he oversees operations of Propex’s manufacturing facility in Ringgold, GA. Billy has a B.S. in Organizational Management from Bryan College, is a certified Sulzer Weaving Machine Technician and has a Six Sigma green belt certification.

Kevin Poole Chief Engineer

Kevin has spent 15 years at Propex, and has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience with multi-national companies in the field of mechanical engineering. Currently he leads project management and capital project design for corporate engineering. Kevin is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
